Stuff that falls out of Brad's brain.
We climbed the first of our 27 peaks yesterday, Moylussa in County Clare. It was simultaneously challenging and boring. It's the nearest one to home as the flamingo flies but the roads most of the way aren't great so it took over an hour to get there.
TLDR: I'm gonna be climbing* to the highest point in every county of Ireland with a mate.
I wanted somewhere to write longer posts than I can on Mastodon, and since I'm on a self-hosting kick these days I decided to use something self-hosted. I saw writefreely somewhere, I like how simple it is, and I like that it's federated (you can follow this blog via Mastodon to see new posts in your feed).
I plan to write up some of my techie stuff, my plans to hike up the highest peaks of every county of Ireland, and whatever else happens to bubble out of my brain whenever I get the urge.
It will probably be very boring.
